Sometime when we were young (applicable to myself), we want to go out of sri lanka and have a good life. This is a natural feeling. But when you get bit older, you always look to enjoy life with family, with parents, with friends and also by travelling. We have only 3 months per year to enjoy outside.

If someone has a reasonable job + home (or inherent property from family or wife), it is always better to stay in Sri Lanka.

Try Ausi instead.
