depends on your qualifications, usually you have to do a teaching assistantship (TA) as a requirement of your scholarship.
we only have few universities here, only about 12 , compared to 2000+ in USA.
just go through each university website and find out when they are calling for admission, contact some profs ect.
do your IELTS (academics) and I would highly recommend the following website , it was so helpful for me throughout my PR process.
