වෙබ් Designing, Software කරන පොඩි Company එකක්, Register කරන්නෙ නැතුව දැන් අවුරුදු 5ක් විතර දුවනවා, ඒත් දැන් Registration එකක් කරගන්නම ඕන වෙලා බං,

DRC Site එකට නම් ගිහිල්ලා බැලුවා ඒ මගුල තෙරෙන්නෙ නැ බං, දන්න එකෙක් කරන්න ඕන step ටික පොඩ්ඩක් පැහැදිලි කරපන්කො?? ? ?

are u going to register under sole proprietorship or pvt ltd?

u have to go to the AGA offfice, then they will give you the relevant docs and they will ask you to take it to your graamasewaka and get them signed

before you go to the graamasewaka, u have to get the trade certificate from the municipality. for that you have to show the tax papers ( waripanam gewapu receipts) after seeing the receipt, they will calculate the amount u have to pay to get the trade certificate

after you take the trade certificate, u have to take that also to the graamasewaka and get it signed.

after that all the signed docs should be submitted back to the AGA office. If your docs are ok and the name is available, they will tell you how much u have to pay to get the brc

that's all

normal geniyanna puluwan eth company eka laba labana kota income tax walin kelawanawane. eka nisa uba eka karaganin 2000-3000 wage yanne 1 year.
