    Nothing is going to help unless you figure out the real reason behind depression .
    As per your presious thread , you are having a defficult time because of a exam or something. Don't make your life a mess because of a EXAM. Exam is just a small step in life. We are not gonna die or felt hurt if we fail. Similarly It's useless if you pass that exam with this depression or Exam.

    When it comes to masturbation , it might help you to bring down your depression but don't get addicted to it . There's a scientific explanation about masturbation and Depression .
