IESL is desperate to safe guard the professional dignity of so called engineers. However if they want to do that they should enact a law stipulating the minimum wages of IESL registered Engineers where at least it will add some value for them. Companies like MAS and Brandix are hiring engineers passed out from sate universities as production/IE executives for low salaries and they have to work there for at least five years to get promoted as an asst. manager.
