I think 70,000 km is too much when you buy luxury car and there may be expensive repairs after some time. So I would choose the Civic car over Audi A4 .

It's in 2018 and the mileage is only 10,100 km.

Depends on your requirements, the Honda will be less expensive to maintain seeing as it's way newer than the Audi and spare parts would be cheaper. It'll depreciate less than the Audi too.

I will go for CIVIC as i am Honda Civic Fan
but if you think of prestige and luxury go for Audi and when you buy 2010 -2013 Audi cars make sure to check gear box as their common fault on it. but not heavy cost repair as i heard
