1. You are seeing a clear fast track career path in the new place (May be due to the organisational structure or due to your skill set)
2. At least a 50% raise of the salary or benefits equivalent
3. Relocation opportunity that is worth for you to take

Simply put your things into a SWOT analysis and prioritise.

Bonus mokuth nathuwa 12mil JPY /year wage... LKR walin nam dan thiyana rate eka anuwa 32-33mil/ year wage
yearly 15% bonus thiyanawa base ekata

Thanks for these valuable points machan. I don't have any issues at the current place, actually I got promoted last week.

Career opportunities are similar in both companies. so it will not be something to consider that much.
Not getting a 50% raise
This is same as the 1st point. not a huge difference.

That's why i'm on the fence right now. looks like I might skip this time.
