ඊයේ එකෙක්ට code කරන්න screen share කරනකොට උගේ screen එකේ OOP Notes open කරගෙන ඉන්නවා. close කරන්න අමතක වෙලා. පස්සේ ඔලුව කහ කහ close කරා.

අද එකෙක්ගෙන් ප්‍රශ්නයක් ඇහුවම විනාඩි දෙක තුනක් සද්දයක් නැ google කරනවා උත්තර දෙන්න කලින්. ඊට පස්සේ එකේ තියෙන එක ඒ විදියටම කියනවා. කෙස් එක කියන්නේ උගෙන් කන්නාඩි දෙකෙන් මට උගේ screen එක පේනවා.


තව 50 ක් ද කොහෙද ඉන්නවා interview කරන්න. හොද හොද ආතල් ටිකක් තියෙයි.

'What is OOP' <- most stupidest question to ask these days
'what is the relationship btw inheritance and polymorphism?' <- katapadamen dennath puluwan. but need to do it practically to answer this
'give me a very simple example of abstraction in oop?' may be a tricky question

for interns you must support them to get the answer. they may have 0 kndg on things. but you need to find out with help they can answer the practice questions or not? will they give positive attitude ?. i think it's a better way than just sitting there and asking questions.

Sometimes they'll pretend that there's some technical issue with the connection saying shit like, "Can you hear me? Hello?" I can hear them perfectly fine but apparently, the problem is with my unlimited and stable internet connection. Anyway, then they take a few keystrokes time to google the stuff I asked.
Only one time an intern told me that even though he's familiar with what I asked and can provide me a basic idea of it, he can't offer more in-depth analysis. But given time he can be knowledgeable about it. I ended up recommending that person.

Video on karanna kiyapan. Ath deka koheda tiyenne kiyala balapan. Also tell them not to search and answer. You are interested in the thinking process and how they plan to get to the answer.

End of the day no one knows everything (other than bayyas). So it is the thinking process that matters most.
