Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to desired personnel.
Ensure high level of telephone etiquette and delightful customer care services to create a good business image and to uphold Brand value amongst stakeholders.
Handle inquiries related to TABs/ Online applications/ Connectivity & other digital media.
Distribution of digital media & provide first level support when troubleshooting.
Eligibility:
To be successful in this role you would need to satisfy the following criteria:
Minimum of 3 passes in G.C.E. A/L with a IT qualification (Diploma on IT would be an added advantage)
Basic IT skills, knowledge over digital media/ Devices & mobile Apps
Good command in English and Sinhala languages. (Tamil will be an added advantage)
Experience in similar capacity would be an distinct advantage.
Customer service mindset and an outgoing personality.
The ideal candidate could look forward to a rewarding career.
