Job help!!

Are you currently working in this company bro? It sure seems like you are employed here. They said that the second one is gonna be a written exam. Which I think will probably evaluate my english knowledge and general IQ. They said that I would have to work night shifts and they'll provide transportation for it. Yeah the salary range is also in that range as they told me. After all is this a good company to work in bro? Are there any promotions and salary increments available in here?? And the other thing is having to work the night shift and the absence of public holidays and stuff......

I started as a Process Associate and worked up to a Client Manager in 5 years there (so you do get growth if you work hard). Left last year in July to join Virtusa as a Project Manager.

I think Chamika might have interviewed you. They usually do the English / IQ during the first interview. It is a good company to start with, everything has a proper process. But it's the BPO life bro, no leaves on the Sri Lankan holidays. But instead for the mercantile holidays, you get double pay and also a compensatory off for some holidays. Promotions are there if you work hard, increments are there each year along with a bonus payment.

Ohh dats so nice to hear bro. Well maybe, she was a sort of a nice cute little girl atleast she appeared to be like so. Thats what I heard too that they usually do dat written test on the first day itself. But I dont know maybe the procedure has changed over time. Nice to know that it's a company with a future. I feel like I maybe able to have a good career path alongside the company from your explanation of the company. Yeah that holiday thing and the night shift are probably the downsides to this job. But I will be able to manage if its a rewarding experience after all. And thanx btw for educating me bro. I hope that I'll be called for that second interview!!
