We are looking for smart people who have real and significant industrial experience in ReactJS and/or ReactNative. We are a young fast growing company that is focused on improving not only our company but also each individual. We have started using TDD and our projects are more and more complex, we are really pushing the envelope so we need people who can grow with us. Transparency is super important for us, the ability to speak about issues, take and give constructive criticism are key to success in this position. But as important as tech knowledge is humility and the willingness to work collaboratively.
We have been doing lots of applications in the automotive sector, IoT, MedTech, and logistics. We create compelling and attractive interfaces, dashboards, and business-critical applications for those companies.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
You will work with the backend API developers to build complex but beautiful web and mobile applications. What we like are people who can mentor juniors and who are good communicators. As a tech lead you will work with peers and gurus in other technologies. You will need to come up with solutions together as a team. We like our more seniors to work across projects so as to help our less experienced ones to have higher quality and better velocity.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
* At least 5 years of real industry experience in Javascript frameworks
* Should be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies as we like our team to be proficient in a variety of technologies
* Real understanding of Agile development methodologies, comfortable writing user stories, backlogs, epics, and with tools like Confluence and Jira.
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞
Our company practices a flat and agile structure both on our project but also even in the way we do everything else such as human resources, policies, and management. That gives us an atmosphere that is warm, open, inclusive, and focuses on the growth of both the individual and the company.
