Do you have to pay tax for sole proprietorship business? I thought that there is no tax for sole proprietorship because accounting is not required for sole proprietorship .

මේක 2016 බජට් එකෙන් තමයි දැම්මේ. මේක ගෙවන්නේ Company registrar ට. Inland Revenue සම්බන්දයක් නැහැ. හැබැයි බජට් එක අනුමත වුනාට Companies Act එක තාම amend කරලා නැහැ. එහින්දා ගෙවන එක රේගිස්ට්රාර්ට තාම නීතියෙන් enforce කරන බැහැ. එක හින්ද තාම enforce කරන්න පුළුවන් තියෙන Act එක අනුව විතරයි. එනිසා මේක නොගෙවා ඉන්න පුළුවන්. මේ levy එකට ගොඩක් වියාපාරික ප්‍රජාව විරුද්ධ හින්දා amendment එකක් එන්නේ නැතිවෙන්නත් පුළුවන්. හැබැයි amendment එක ඇවිල්ලා නොගෙවපු අයට penalty එක්කම ගෙවන්න වෙන්නත් පුළුවන්.

ඔයා කුඩා ව්‍යාපාරිකයෙක් නම් මගේ පුද්ගලික උපදෙස ගෙවීම අත්‍යවශය නැහැ කියලයි. හැබැයි මම අර කලින් කියපු risk එක නම් තියෙනවා. අනික් අතට ගොඩක් සුළු පරිමාන ව්‍යාපාර මේක ගෙවන්නේ නැහැ.
