So step 1: Sherlock gets a Sherlock-Mask from Molly, just as how Irene got a perfect facial mask which covered the fake body.
Step 2: Moriarty kills himself. Sherlock puts the Sherlock-Mask on him.
Step 3: Sherlock throws Moriarty off the building.
Step 4: Watson gets knocked over, a hallucination is induced by the drug which is still in his system since The Hounds of Baskerville.
Step 5: Watson sees Moriarty's body with Sherlock's mask, hallucinates the clothes of Sherlock onto his body.
