ඇයි එහෙම කරන්නෙ නැත්තෙ? ඒක ටෙක්නිකලි කරන්න අමාරු වැඩක්ද?

ip කොන්ට්‍රෝලින් බයිපාස් කරන්න ඕන කෙනෙක් ඉන්නවනම් vpn දාගෙන කරගත්තදෙන් (just make it an extra hassle for them).

Yes. MAC address can be spoofed and in reality, they are not always unique as they are supposed to be.

why not crowd-source this? I think the issue is there aren't many mods to check each and every post right?

So why not let some users (Eg: people with 1000+ posts and 1Year old) rate and react to the new posts by the new members. I mean like one above mentioned user get once chance per day to review a post selected by the server (i think it's easy to implement by javascript- nothing fancy). For that those users get some reputation points.

After the end of each day, mods can just review the most negatively reacted posts and take action.
