COD:MW and Battlefield 3 4 are FPS in FPS you only supposed to shoot and kill tangos.. not fly around in gunships, FA 18s, Hummers and Armored Vehicles. They both come under the category "First Person Shooter" Not whatever the category that they in bed with Jets, Gunships and all.... In my POV I like COD's single player campaign. you don't know shit.
It's one of the best selling video game series.
Unlike EA they don't simply focus on money.
EA has been consistently voted to be worst company in US during last couple of years.
True there's a different feel to the Battlefield later versions, but COD is the Gold Standard of the FPS games.

no offence to cod 2 n 4 mp. those two were great games.
only good thing about it is th SP.. BF SP is bad. as it was never bvt sp. BF alwys been a mp series

and lol Ea focusing only on money? yeh then may be that's why they do humblebundle and do 75% off sales .aslo giveaway games for free. (Badcompany 2,BF1942 etc)
Activtion never put thier games on sale fr 75%. always try to keep em above 30$ even on sales.
and didnt even try to improve the gameplay,graphc engine. yes yes they do try. like adding a dog

What about the melee ? What about the Killstreaks in CoD ? what about dropping a care package and killing an enemy ? that ain't shooting. So why is it a FPS still ?.According to them it shouldn't be.

COD4 is still 19.99$ on steam... while BF3 is on sale on humble bundle for less than 5$... and out of that 5$ everything goes to charity and nothing goes to EA..

COD churns out games from the same old engine that the old Infinity Ward developed and you are talking about gold standards If you so love the work by Infinity Ward, check Titanfall which is done by the set of devs who developed COD4 but now working with EA

BF single player wasn't that great but multiplayer on BF3 and COD are worlds apart...

If you wanna play a real Military simulation, you gotta go with ARMA.

Plus you can't compare two game developers by way of their products. You gotta go business and stats. And EA has been consistently ranked as one of the worst companies in US for quite some time. Trip Hawkins wouldn't even dreamed that EA would have that label.
