You are clueless.....reason behind court ruling was not "we spent 1 crore so give me mbbs" so no, if they can't get trough common MCQ that's their own problem.

Reasoning behind the court ruling was that SATIM have completed all the legal requirements to become a degree awarding body in sri lanka so SLMC cannot blindly say no to their graduates (FYI UGC is the authority in charge of higher education is srilanka not SLMC)

No. SAITM is a private property, so government is legally bound to respect private property ownership. if government want more medical faculties they are free to build as many as they please. no one says no. beside if government has enough funds to compensate SAITM owners and acquire SAITM why they just don't build another medical faculty on their own?
