You'll probably get selected for the 2nd interview. Then you'll have another interview with one of the project / account managers who you'll work for. But, if they reject you, then they'll check if there are any other projects you could work in.

The 2nd interview is going to be key. Impress the next manager. Be confident! Your salary rage will be from 20k - 24k for a Process Associate. If you work on shift and stuff you'll get a small shift & meal allowance.

Are you currently working in this company bro? It sure seems like you are employed here. They said that the second one is gonna be a written exam. Which I think will probably evaluate my english knowledge and general IQ. They said that I would have to work night shifts and they'll provide transportation for it. Yeah the salary range is also in that range as they told me. After all is this a good company to work in bro? Are there any promotions and salary increments available in here?? And the other thing is having to work the night shift and the absence of public holidays and stuff......
