You can't apply ILR(PR) after PSW. After PSW you need a job (new system will require applicant to meet minimum 75 points. Its same as Australian system. You get points for job/salary /education and age plus English)

If I'm not mistaken they removed 5 year work permit ILR route. So only option is living here 10 years without break to apply for ILR. That depend on work permit and home office allow you to apply for visa extensions within country.

You can, if they allow you to apply for work permit (Tier 1 visa) within the country (UK). If they allow it then you can show 10 year continuation without a gap. Work visa only valid for 2 years. So you need to renew it 3-4 times.

Usually what they are doing is allow you to apply within country for 1-2 times and then ask you to go back to your country and apply again. That way they can break your 10year continuation and you will not be able to apply for ILR.

There are ways around these problems but not guaranteed and cost you a lot.

I'm living on UK nearly 14 years now and have ILR(PR). Visa requirements and home office tactics changed significantly. They want you to work but not stay.

ඉස්සර නම් Student ඇවිල්ලා ගේමක් ගහගන්න පුළුවන්. දැන් හරිම අමාරුයි සල්ලි හොයල ගෙවන්න.(බැරි නෑ නමුත් පට්ටම අමාරුයි). Course ෆී එක (£12000-£19000 අවුරුද්දට) ගෙවාගන්න ලංකාවේ සල්ලි තියනවනම් අව්ලක් නැතුව වැඩේ කර ගන්න පුළුවන්.
Fee - £348 (Application) + £900 (Health Surcharge)

දැන් ආයිමත් එයාලා Post Study Work Visa දෙනවලු නේද.?

ඔව්. 2021 Summer ඉදල graduate වෙන අයට අවුරුදු 2 දෙනවලු. ඒක දෙන්නේ job එකක් හොයාගන්න.
Fee - ? (Application) + £800 (Health Surcharge)

අනික ඒක ඉවර වෙලා ILR/PR Apply කරන්නත් පුළුවනි නේද.?

ස්ටුඩන්ට් වලින් PSW දාල ඒ අවුරුදු 2 ඇතුලත ජොබ් එකක් හොයාගන්න ඕනේ Work Permit දෙන. ඒක දෙන්නේ අවුරුදු 2 කට. ඒ වැඩ කරන තැනින්ම work permit එක renew කර ගත්තහැකි තව අවුරුදු 3 කට. work permit අවුරුදු 5 ක් හිටියම PR/ILR දාන්න පුළුවන්. PR අවුරුද්දකට පස්සේ Citizen දේ දැම්මහැකි.
1st application Fee - £1021 (Application) + £800 (Health Surcharge)
2nd application Fee - £1021 (Application) + £1200 (Health Surcharge)

PR application Fee - £2389 (Application)
Citizen application Fee - £1410 (Application)

මේ දැනට තියන තත්වය අනුව.
