Rathnapura District Total Postal Votes: Mahinda Rajapaksa 9458 (69.53%), SarathFonseka 4143 (30.46%)
Monaragala District Total Postal Votes: Mahinda Rajapaksa 8871 (69.76%), Sarath Fonseka 3795 (29.84%)
Puttalam District Total Postal Votes: Mahinda Rajapaksa 4988 (66.70%), Sarath Fonseka 2464 (32.95%)
