How the law applies to this case
A seller cannot sell a branded product at a reduced price by replacing the original components with low quality items. The Toshiba L510-P4019 laptop is an internationally branded product which comes with a genuine Intel® Pentium® Processor T4500. If a seller is selling a sub standard product without the written authorization from the manufacturer or the agent, then it is illegal.
This is just like if you are buying your Toyota car with a KIA engine and too bad you were not told the fact.
The OP did not mention the fact in his original post and therefore if someone has bought such a laptop from him, he may not have any legal protection, if the item fails because the item is only a counterfeit.

Abans is a well respected company in SL, which is why I am an investor of that company. You used the name Abans and the fact that you are working there numerous times in this thread and that's how you make innocent people to believe that they are buying a genuine product affiliated to Abans, when it's not the case. At the same time, I see that you are scared to reveal your full name and which department you are working for at Abans? When people like you misuse these good company names, their reputation gets affected, which in turn affect their share price and therefore affecting investors like me.
Lemme have a word with Abans/ JKOA CEOs regarding your claim that you are selling a JKOA L510-P4019 laptop at Rs. 74,400. If they have authorized you to sell that model including genuine components and genuine JKOA warranty at that price, then I have no issues.

3) Therefore you place a thread on EK that you are willing to sell that laptop for Rs. 84,000 as a "big help" for the Elakiriyans, while pocketing a massive Rs. 4,500 as profit. You use the Unity Plaza as the scape goat and the good name of Abans to promote your scam.
4) But you claim that you will only sell it to EKs with 500 posts or more because older the member is, more he trust you. This is where I became suspicious of you

Thanks for updating me about what he can do to me, therefore I have updated my lawyer about this fellow. I believe he lost his license having done a similar crime against someone who spoke against him.
