    Problem with solid state drives is that they have far less number of read/write cycles than disk drives.

    SSD haven't read/write heads .it based on silicon chips work with elector magnetic waves.
    not read/write heads. The number of read/write operations. Its far less than regular HDDs. This makes the lifetime of SDDs lower than HDDs.
    CF/SD cards ands Thumb Drives already has this problem. While SDDs have much higher value than CF/SD cards, they are still less than HDDs.
