there's no viable solution for this, that will not cost money. Even now container carriers are lining up only in the evenings. If this is pushed to night time, transport costs are going to rise and EVERYTHING will get a price increase. This is excluding the port charges for operating at night.
However what I've seen is that containers always in the left lane and they dont usually take other lanes.

ඒත් මෙතන ට්‍රැෆික් එක උඹ දැකලා නෑ. දවසක් ආවානම් ත්‍රේරෙනවා මචං උන් යන හැටි.

මමත් ඕක හොදට විදලා තියෙනවා,පිස්සු හැදෙනවා සිකුරාදා බස් එකේ යනවා කියන්නේ,ඕකට විසදුමක් දෙන්න තම කාටවත් බැරි උනා මම දන්නා විදියට ගොඩක් කාලෙකට කලින් නම් හවසට සහ උදේට ඔය කන්ටේනර් යන්න තහනම් කරලා තිබුන එත් දැන් එහෙම නීතියක් නැහැ වගේ උදේටත් යනවා. MR:පෙරේරා කියනව වගේ එක මන් තීරුවක් වෙන් කරලා දුන්නොත් ගොඩක් දුරට ඕක හරි යයි.එත් හරියටම කියන්න බැහැ, දැන් තියන වාහන තොගය අනුව කොලබ පාර වල් ඔරොත්තු දෙන්නේ නැහැ.බැලුවොත් හැමදාම car sale open කරනවා ඒවත් එලියට ආව දවසට නම් වාහන අගලක් යන්න පැයක් යයි.එතකොට නම් පයින් තමා යන්න වෙන්නේ!!

හ්ම්..එහෙමත් එකක්ද? ඔව් මාත් දැකලා තියෙනවා කන්ටෙනර් හින්දා පාරේ තදබදය ගොඩක් වැඩි වෙනවා කියලා.අය්යා කියපු විසඳුමත් ගොඩක් හොදයි.වෙනත් රටවල නම් truck lane කියලා කන්ටෙනර් සහ බර වාහන යන්න වෙනම lane හදලා තියෙනවා..
මාත් හිතනවා මේ ගැන බලධාරීන්ගේ අවධානය යොමු වෙයි කියලා..

ඒත් ඔයාලා දන්නවද කන්ටේනරයේ අතුරු කතාව..
