I would recommend Goldern Motors Malabe or Bhagya Spare Parts Kiridiwela. Search Google for locations.

If you are a nube, it is much safer to buy from these sellers as they are well known and sort of respected among the community. What they do is, they buy from others, then condition the bike perfectly and resell it. So the price is somewhat higher than the average. I am not saying they are saints, just whatever the shit they sell is in good condition & you have to pay the price.

If not, go straight to the Dharmasiri motors Kurunegala and get one from them. 100% reconditioned bikes, unridden in Sri Lanka. But may cost ~8 laks for tracker or XR.

Or if you know someone who knows A-Z of these Japanese bikes, keep wandering till you find one & it is certainly possible to find a good one for a lesser price (~ 1.5/2 laks) than above.
