No one is a culprit until otherwise proven. Just because you don't possess the murder weapon, you are not free to walk away. You don't really need the murder weapon itself to prove the killer. There are so many biological evidences that could be used in the absence of the weapon. Even the presence of the murder weapon does not conclude the verdict. Theoretical scenarios are so different to real life scenarios.

The presence or absence of alcohol smell is a point to be considered. True. But, that is not the ultimate answer. Even in Sri Lankan forensic procedures nowadays, it is a must to do a blood alcohol test specially in a case of a road traffic accident irrespective of the the person's usual alcohol habit( both the suspect and the victim). Supposing the victim is dead, the blood for alcohol should be taken at the time of the post mortem examination.

why didnt learned medical officer used blood alcohol tests when police claimed she is drunk toprove it. Its called professionalism and both doctors should be reported for violating ethical practices.

I don't know who is right or wrong but the breathalyser try is not accurate in detecting alcohol level. It can only be used as a guide. Not of the times our cops say blow thebbrethilizer till the colour changes which bis wrong it should only be inflated once

අපෙ පැත්තෙ මිනිහෙක් මැරුණා බස් එකක හැප්පිලා. වයසක පොරක්(65 years Old) ,බස් එක පොලිසියට ගෙනත් තිබ්බා.
මෙන්න බොලෙ හප්පපු ඩ්‍රැයිවර් නිදහස්. හෙතුව ,
බස් සංගමෙ උන් ඩ්‍රයිවර් ගෙ පැත්තට කරුණු කතා කරල ඌව බෙරගෙන.
අපෙ පැත්තෙ උන් අන්න ඌට විරුද්ධව (බස් ඩ්‍රයිවර් ) දැන් ක්‍රියා කරන්න යනවා.

ඉතිං මෙතනට ඔබෙ දොස්තර තර්කය අදාල නැහැ නෙ ??

මෙතන වැරැද්ද කලෙ දොස්තර කියන එක නෙමෙ අවුල,
වැරද්ද කරා කියලා පෙනි පෙනි ඒක වහගන්න තම නිල බලය භාවිතා කිරීම. දෙශපාළුවන්ටත් මේක අදාලයි

මිනිහෙක්ගෙ වෘතීයට අදාළ උගත් කම කෙරෙ අපිට ඉරිසියා නැහැ.
අසාධාරණෙ පෙන්වන්න බැහැ. ඒක කවුරු කරත් වැරදි.

P.S : මම නම් ගණිතය කරපු පුද්ගලයෙක්. ඩොකෙක වෙන්න නමට හරි ආසාවක් ආවානම් බයො කරනවා .එත් ඒ කාලෙ ඉඳන් ආස උනෙ නැහැ.
