මචන්ලා මට වාහනේ ට්‍රාන්ස්ෆර් කරගන්න ගිහින් අවුලක් උනා..මම නොර්මල් ට්‍රාන්ස්ෆර් දෙන්න කියලා එම්.ටි 6 පුරවලා දින දාලා ඒ.ජි ඔෆිස් එකට භාර දෙන්න ගියා..මගේ ලයිසන් එක ගන්න තියෙන්නේ පෙබරවාරි..ඒ.ජි ඔෆිස් එකෙන් කියනවා උන්ට අලුත් නීතියක් දාලලලු භාරගන්න පුළුවන් ලයිසන් කරන්න මාස 6කට වඩා කල් තියන ඇප්ලිකේෂන් විතරලු.දැන් උන් අර ලයිසන් ගන්න දෙන M11 ෆෝර්ම් එක දෙන්නේ නෑලු..one day කරගන්න කියනවා උන්..oneday කරගන්න නං කලින් අයිතිකාරයාගේ දිව්රුම් ප්‍රකාශයක් ඕන..මම ඕපන් පේපර්ස් තිබ්බ වාහනයක් ගත්තේ..කලින් නම තියන එකා ඉන්නේ කොහෙද හොයන්න ගියාම පිස්සු හැදෙනවා නේ බන්..දින දාල සති දෙකක් ඇතුලේ මාරු නොකරොත් දවසට රු.100 ක දඩයක් වදිනවලු..එතකොට මොකක්ද බන් මේකට මට කරන්න පුළුවන්..බලහන්කො ඉතින් අපිට උවමනාව තිබ්බට වාහනේ ට්‍රාන්ස්ෆර් කරගන්න මුන්ගේ තියන නීති නිසා එක කරන්නත් බෑ..දඩ ගෙවන්නත් ඕන..මේ ගැන දන්න එකෙක් කරුණාකරලා උපදෙසක් දීපන්කො

මගෙත් කලින් ගත්ත එකා හොයන්න වුනා බන් ලිසිං කොම්පැනියෙන් ට්‍රාන්සර් කරලා නෑ කලින් අයිතිකාරයට .මම නම් ලිසිං එකට ගියාම උන් විස්තර දුන්නා කලින් අයිතිකාරයාගේ දැන් ට්‍රාන්සර් ෆොර්ම් දෙකක් දාලා හරවන්න ඔනේ කිව්වා .මම වැඩේ කරන්න වෙන එකෙක්ට භාර දුන්නා සල්ලි ටිකක් දීලා නැත්තම් නිකම් රස්තියාදුව බන් එපා වෙනවා‍‍.

Go to Narahempita head office as soon as possible. before 31st dec. I also did the same thing. Head office is giving M11. I also took it and did green test and took revenue license. Go for normal service. Go early. too many people. Good Luck. Be ready all your document correctly. if vehicle book having absolute owner ship, you need deletion letter form leasing company or bank. Check documents form checking counter. This is only one day matter. do not worry. Go to Narahempita head office

මොකක් හරි case එකක් වුණාම පොලිසියට පිස්සු හැදෙනවා ඇති වාහනේ Number එකට හරි අයිතිකාරයා හොයාගන්න.

ලංකාවේ මිනිස්සු ඇයි හෙන රිස්ක් එකක් අරන් අනුන්ගේ නමට තියෙන වාහන තමන් ලග තියාගෙන ඉන්නේ. මම දන්න සමහරු ඉන්නවා මීගමුවේ ඉදන් ත්‍රිකුණාමලයේ යනවා අවුරුද්දට සැරයක් ආදායම් බලපත්‍රය අරගෙන එන්න.

thanks bro..Machan Narahenpita motor traffic issuing the M11..But the prblm is AGA office rejecting the M11 when we rqst fr the rvnue licens.They telling tht they cant issue the licens based on M11 nd thrfr we shld go for one day service.thts the prblm machan.these fucking officers alwys trying to escpae frm their services..wht is the aga offc tht u took the lisn mchn?
