It's happen due to the leakage of normal air into the hard disk. Where when the disk surface is rotating at a higher speed so the air friction is higher for normal air. That's one of the reason why low viscous air had filled into the disk deck.

I suggest you to find out a low viscous air and filter that air for dust and germs and then carefully fill that into your hard disk. For this please make sure that you do have precise mechanics tools.

That's the only way that you could do this.

එහෙනම් ඉතින් පැත්තෙන් ගහන්න. අනේ බන් උබට ඕකත් කියන්න ඕනේද
power supply එකක් ඕනේ නෑ, සාමාන්‍යයෙන් system fan එක ගහන්න socket එකක් තියෙනවා motherboard එකේ, නැත්නම් power supply එකෙන් 12v දෙන්න වෙයි. 5v දෙන්න එපා ඒක මදි.
