tharanga does not have the confidence, haven't done well in tests. instead of him kusal perera or even milinda will be better as openers.

now we have few issues to fix can we go with another aggressive batter just cause we won the match due to a single knock but problem is though kaushal is there to steady he looks most vulnerable these days no point asking him to bat at 6 . cause at 6 u need ability to play strokes and be aggressive if you have to survive with last half

no im not talking about a warner or Sehwag type, just need a solid batsmen who are not too negative, with kausal it doesnt matter how long he stays innings doesnt progress, we need somebody like cook, katich, they were not explosive but gets the job done all the time, think about this way, can u imagine kausal being the opener of the worlds best team? imo, not even close,
