Well, it will take some time to build a strong competitive team again, these new players need to play more and more matches and it's not about bad captaincy, simply we don't have enough experienced players at this stage, Mathews isn't performing well with the Bat so that's another huge problem, I think we need players like thirimanna as well, yeah i know he is struggling at the moment but those players are our future and he performs well on these fast pitches.
