ශ්රී ලංකාවේ ජාතික පද්ධතියට සම්බන්ධ සමස්ථ සූර්ය බලයෙන් විදුලිය උත්පාදනය කිරීම මෙගා වොට් 1000 ඉක්මවීමට මෙම වසරේ ජුනි මාසය වන විට සිදුව ඇත.
එයින් මෙගා වොට් 944ක් වහළය මත සූර්ය පැනල මගින් වන අතර බිම්ගත සූර්ය පැනල මගින් මෙගා වොට් 156ක් ජාතික පද්ධතියට එකතු කෙරේ.
මෙම වර්ෂය අවසන් වන විට වහලය මත සූර්ය පැනල මගින් පමණක් මෙගා වොට් 1000ක් ඉක්මවූ උත්පාදනයක් ජාතික පද්ධතියට එකතු වීමටද නියමිතය.
විදුලිබල මණ්ඩලයේ දීර්ඝ කාලීන උත්පාදන සැලසුම අනුව ඉදිරි වසර 4 තුල සෑම වසරකම මෙගා වොට් 150 බැගින් එකතු කිරීමට සැලසුම් කඩ ඇති අතර මෙම වසරේ පළමු මාස 5 තුල පමණක් මෙගා වොට් 132ක් එකතු කර ඇත.

In the long term generation plan, the target set for Roof Top Solar development was 150 MW per year for the next 4 years.
132 MWs have already been connected to the national grid in the first 5 months of the year.

Cabinet of Ministers approved to revise the tariff rates paid for New Roof Top Solar & Renewable Energy projects through the feeding tariff yesterday. A formula was adopted in 2022 taking into consideration the USD rate, interest rates & other economic factors to revise the tariff rates and increase the rates paid for Roof Top Solar development & the feeding tariff for other Renewable Energy development of less than 10MW. Yesterday the Cabinet of Minister approved the proposal by the Ministry of Power & Energy based on the stakeholder consultations & tariff committee report to revise the rates utilizing the same formula with the current economic indicators & benchmarking on rates received on competitive bidding & negotiated tariff projects for CEB in 2024. Accordingly the revised tariff rates for Roof Top Solar Development & RE Feeding tariff will be applied to all new projects from the 1st of July. Revised Roof Top Tariff - 20 Years flat rate Up to 500kW Rs 27.06 Over 500kW Rs 23.18 Revised Feeding Tariff - 20 years flat rate Solar - Rs 25.48 Mini Hydro - Rs 30.53 Wind - Rs 29.86 Bio Mass - Rs 52.77 -

මම දන්න විදියට මචං අපේ Production එක ඒ ට්රන්ස්ෆෝමර් එකේ යූසේජ් එකට වඩා වැඩි නම් Step down transformer එක Step up වෙන්න පටන් ගන්නව ඒත් එතැන ලොස් එකක් එනව Step up වෙද්දි ඒ නිසා තමයි CEB එකට Regulations දාල තියෙන්නෙ Clearance දෙද්දි යූසේජ් එකට විතරක් දෙන්න කියල එහෙම කරල තියෙන්නෙ Over ගිහිල්ල Step up වෙන්න ගත්තොත් ඒකෙන් මණ්ඩලේට පාඩු වෙන නිසා. කොහොමහරි ඕනම Step down transformer එකක් Secondary පැත්තෙ වෝල්ටේජ් වැඩිවෙන්න ගත්තම Step up වෙනව.
ඔතැන ඔය වෝල්ටේජ් ප්රශ්නෙට ලොකුම හේතුව Line resistance කියල මම හිතන්නෙ. මොකද ට්රාන්ස්ෆෝමර් එක පැත්තට දුර වැඩි වෙද්දි මෙහෙන් හදන ඒව යවාගන්න බැරි වෙනව එතකොට තමයි වෝල්ටේජ් අප් වෙන්නෙ. ඒක නිසා තමයි ට්රාන්ස්ෆෝමර් එකට දුර මීටර් 800ට වඩා වැඩි නම් තේරුමක් නෑ කියන්නෙ.
දැන් මම ගහපු 20Kw එකේ ට්රාන්ස්ෆෝමර් එක මීටර් 20කින්වත් නෙමෙයි තියෙන්නෙ. අපිට වෝල්ටේජ් එනව හැම තිස්සෙම 235න් උඩ. මාත් මුලින් හිතුවෙ සෝල ගහල තේරුමක් නැතිවෙයි කියල ඒත් රිස්ක් එක අරගෙන ගැහුව අද වෙනකල් Over voltage ගිහිල්ල Off වෙලා නෑ. කොච්චර ඉර අවුව වැටුනත් අර 235 තියන එක 239ට එහා යන්නෙ නෑ. මම ඕකට හරියටම උත්තරයක් දෙන්නම් තව 20Kw එකක් ගහන්න ඉන්නව මම. ඒක ගැහුවට පස්සෙ බලන්න ඕන Off වෙයිද කියල.
කොහොමහරි මම දන්න විදියට මේක ගොඩක් හොඳ Investment එකක්. හැබැයි හරියටම සාධක ටික ගැලපෙන්න ඕන නැතුව කරොත් පාඩුවක්. ගහන්නම් වාලෙ ගහල වැඩක් නෑ දැනගෙන ඕන කරන්න.
