I think we shouldn't do this kind of things. As we need to come up after the war with good developed country, we have to be diplomatic.
If we refuse visa for someone it will be bad for the country not for that person. Akon is world famous and we cant say no to that, if all will say that sri lanka refused to give visa then others will think twice before coming to our country.
When we come to Buddhism, we all know even in Colombo many places are using Lord Buddha’s statues in their restaurants, galleries and hotels. Did anyone asked not to keep like that? Think about your rooms or houses you all keeping Buddha’s statues and doing all nonsense things inside house or room. Have you think that Lord Buddha’s statue only should keep in a better place like temples?
When we have wrong things in our side don’t show others mistakes.
Also in Buddhism it says if anyone trying to hit you be friendly with him and do maître to them. Anyway if anyone done bad Karma will follow.
Hope all will agree.
We should come out as a good country, not by doing bad things.
Let others do bad its for them we do correct things...
Lets go ahead we need to take our country to higher.

i can not agree wit ur idea..coz let's think that akon cum here and if somebody throw a grenade at him..others will not think twice before coming to our country..they just won't come..so when it cums to tourism it'll be more harm than that..
