The clearance process has become a nightmare now ne. It takes 5-10 days for one item to be cleared. A streamlined process should have been implemented before the change, they be like "yeah we'll figure something out later..."

This is a huge step backward for the citizenry. We've lost the only international platform which offered free shipping for personal imports.
