2. Beacuse e blogs wala godak welawata thiyenne adsense advertising wage ewwa.

3. Meeka nam hariyatama sure eth mama hithana widiyata meekath spamming wage thamai.

Usually it is normal to post links on forums, coz internet is made up by links, else internet wudnt be a net, it wud be isolated with seperate pages

Rules & decisions are made by the admin, owner of the site, so you have to oblige, if you want to be a member of the site, everyone agrees to that when they join the site if you guys remember
