Sure don't underestimate them. Of course they cheat on these tests too. I know of some SriLankans who even got CCNE from India without knowing properly about networking or even going into India.
Both the Indians & the Vietnamese are in this game. The price you pay in India is supposedly much cheaper. How many fake degree certificates Indians come up with? You can get anything from Nursing to IT.

Australia migrate වෙන එක දැන් ලේසි නැ. Last option 491 තවත් හිර කරලා. English language එකට 20 points ගන්නේ නැතිව Australia යන එක දැන් සිහිනයක් පමනයි. මට තියෙන ප්‍රශ්නේ Indian එවුන් හැම එකාම වගේ PTE වලට 20 points ( Each band 79+) ගන්නවා. මට හිතා ගන්න බැරි ඔකුන් කොහොම ගන්නවද කියල. හොර පාරක්වත් තියෙනවද මන්දා PTE වලට above 79 ගන්න

if you plan to come in Hora para....please dont come. Australia doesnt suit you and you will not survive. before coming itself your intentions are not good so how can you come and live. All cant come to australia....accept it and move on in life. it is like all cannot gain univercity entrance in Sri lanka
