That's what I was telling. Agents here tell them that it's Europe, but actually it's a Muslim country and it's not a member of the Eu.
The only reason she went there for an English course is, as I suspect, they have been told by the agents that if you go there you are in Europe. Else with all that money she could have studied here for a degree.

That's the lesson one should learn here.
