උබ අයි දැන්ම ඉදන් කපල ගන්න හිතාගන ඉන්නේ? මගේ වයිෆ්ට පලෙනි බබා ගත්තෙත් කපලම තමයි මොකද එක එක්කෙනා එක එක දේවල් කියල බය කරලා " බබාලා හම්බවෙනකොට අමාරුයි" "සිසේරියන් තමයි ලේසිම" වගේ දේවල්, හැබැයි බබා හම්බවෙලා මාස 6 ක් විතර යනකොට කියන්න ගත්ත කොන්ද රිදෙනවා, කකුල් හිරි වැටෙනවා, බිම ඉගෙන වැඩක් කරන්න බෑ වගේ දේවල් ගොඩක්, මේ ගැන ඩොක්ටර් කෙනෙකුට පෙන්නුවහම කිව්වේ සීසර් එකේ සයිඩ් ඉෆෙක්ට්ස් කියලයි, එක නිසා ටිකක් හිතල බලපන් ඔය කියන විදියට යන්න කලින්.

අපේ පලවෙනි බබා හම්බුනේ ninewells hospital එකේ, Dr. නලින්ද තමයි කලේ 2016 දී 280,000/- ක් ගියා, දෙවෙනි එක කලේ නවලෝකේ 2018 දී 340,000/- ක් ගියා.

මන් අයිමත් උබට කියන්නේ පුළුවන්නම් අදුරන ඩොකෙක් සෙට් කරන් ආණ්ඩුවේ තැනකට පලයන්, උන් අනිවා ගන්නේ නොර්මල්, එහෙම ගන්න එක බබලගේ අම්මට විතරක් නෙමෙයි බබාටත් හොදයි කියලයි කියන්නේ.

About 270,000 LKR. But you can do the fasting at home and get admit about couple of hours early. This can save around 40,000 LKR.

However cesarean is not recommended unless otherwise doctor recommends so. There are some consequences.

යකෝ මෙහෙ දියුණු රටවල් වෙලත් normal delivery වලට මුල් තැන දෙන්නේ, මගේ බබත් normal delivery. මගේ එක යාලුවෙක්ට විතරක් C-section එකක් කළා infection එකක් ආපු හින්ද. මට ඉතින් කියන්න අයිතියක් නැහැ උඹට මොනවද කරන්න ඕනේ කියල මොකද ඉතින් wife ටනේ බබා හම්බ වෙන්නේ උඹට නෙමේ නේ

Now read through the comments machan. Have you heard any lady doctors in Sri Lanka deliver their baby normally? They all go for a cesarean.

But medical sector is spreading the word of as normal delivery is better as to keep the cost lower. Unless everybody will go for a cesarean not matter whether they have money or not. Open for your opinions.

340k? y did you pay that much? For the same doc Nishendra it cost me 207k for 2 nights for my wife's delivery. in January 2019.
