same thing happened to me .. Dialog charging me for a TV package that I never activated.. I Have called CC several time but still they have not deactivated it. They have been charing since February.. Seems like these kind of things happens to every dialog user. I have being with them for more than 6 years now. Is there a way to take some actions about this ?

Send a letter stating your problem to the Manager - Customer Care, by fax (mentioned that you inform CC but no action has been taken so far). See how it works out. If not, after waiting for about a week or two send another letter (by fax) referencing the former one but clearly mention that if they did not give you a solution, you are going to complain to the TRC. It worked for me with Lankabell.

එකෙක් කියනවා service එක හරියට deactivate වෙලාලු තියන්නේ. එක නිසා සල්ලි කැපෙන්නේ මොන මගුලෙන්ද කියලා හොයන්න බැලූ.
