Free weights, ab shapers, abking pros' will not help you. this is all about burning fat & the only way to burn fat is to make ur body tired NOT stressed. You must do cardio excercises such as jogging, threadmills, rowing, etc. do 30 mins per day. you will see excellent results in 1 month.
Also there is no way to burn fat only in the belly area.. it must reduce in the whole body so proportionally the belly will reduce. People with 6 packs does not have fat faces
