A RAW filesystem simply tells you that it is not recognized by the OS and hence haven't been mounted properly.

Go to a command prompt
Type Driveletter:/FS:NTFS and press Enter

Or check the EaseUS site . They had recovery software but not sure whether it's for free use now. If you have valuable data on the drive try some recovery software first.
Most free Partition recovery software should be able to fix it without data loss.
