Internet connection issue

මචං මගේ PC එකේ සමහර apps internet එකට connect වෙන්නේ නෑ. Internet browse කරන්නත් පුළුවන්. හැබැය් එතනදිත් එක site එකකට යන්න බෑ.

වැඩ කරන්නේ නැත්තේ;

මොකද මචං කරන්නේ මේකට?

CCleaner වලින් ඔක්කෝම clean කරලත් බැලුවා.
Tried disabling Avast also.

Site එක නම් වැඩ. හැබැයි අම්බානෙට slow. හරියට ඒ site එකට FUP apply වෙලා වාගේ. .

මේ ටිකෙ මචො ලංකාවට එන බැක්බොන් කේබල් එකකට කෙළ වෙලා තියෙන්නෙ ඒකයි නෙට් ස්ලො වෙන්නෙ. හැබැයි ඇප් වලට විතරක් ස්ලො වෙන හේතුවනම් දන්නෙ නැහැ. ඊයෙ එළකිරි රේඩියො එකත් ඇස් ඇල් ටී එකට වැඩ කලේ නැහැ....

A cut in the segment 4 of South East Asia-Middle East-Western Europe 4 (SEA-ME-WE 4) submarine optical fiber cable on Wednesday morning (27 March 2013) has been reported leading to a degradation of internet speed by 60 % in several countries including Pakistan[24] and Egypt[25]. A consortium of SEA-ME-WE-4 Cable System is working on the fault but they have not come up with a resolution time for this problem and confirmed nature of fault is yet to be determined[26]
Three men were arrested for trying to cut the cable near Alexandria.[27]

Windows up to date da?,Avast uninstall karala connect wenna balapan,router eke firewall eka disable karala balapan..

මං දැන් win8 වලට log වෙලා බැලුවා. xda site එකට යනවා.

Yes, it is up to date. I'm not using a router. Just a dongle. Have installed Avast on win8 also.
