Sorry if out of topic.. Some things I would like do highlight about Sri Lanka as a compliment!

No matter what's said and done at the end of the day Sri Lankan people are some of the most generous if not THE GENEROUS in the world!

A very good example is Dansal during Wesak times... this country's inflation getting worse by the day... but did you notice that no matter what during Wesak time there are still people just GIVE.... all sorts of people low-income, mid-income, high-income, why???? DO WE HAVE TO???? if high-income has money then what reason others have?

Sometimes I'm very surprised to see that though there's a huge outcry for inflation etc. people have not forgotten their part, these kind of non-profitable, no-strings-attached GIVING is unheard of in other countries!!

My Heart says to Live in Sri Lanka
But my mind says to Live in Australia.

Why?

Heart: Sri Lanka is the place where you were born. Your friends/ family is there. And you get Koththu, Old Reserve, DCSL, Lion Larger there....

Mind: C'mon mate... You won't get all the things you get in here if you go to Sri Lanka! Most of all... will you get the stress free life and the peace of mind back @ SL? And you get what you pay for. People are not Selfish like in Sri Lanka. People value your ability whereas in Sri Lanka you have to kiss a politicians ass to go up. And you get better education for your kids. You don't need to worry or you don't have any fear about your girl/ wife coming home after 10pm alone. People don't try to harras your wife of daughters inside public transportation...

So I'm better off living in Australia Maybe after another 20 - 30 yrs, IF I have a saving of about $100,000,00 then I might think about going back and living in SL

most of SL guyes work 20hours a day in a minor employment in Ausi and say ."we are enjoying our life here"
