Management trainee sucks at many places ban.They require you to do all the shitty work including presentations and stuff everyday.Companies benifit lot from this.They can hire high caliber people for minimum wage to carry out the professional tasks.Yeah those who went to that programm got their ass handed over to them.I think many of them resgined and few are working at small supermarkets as executives.
