Dialcom is good only if you are 200% sure that the phone has the original xiaomi sealed pack
PS: FYI, there are local sellers including Dialcom that seal phones with their own local sealed polythene..Beware

Well, I haven't had any experience with buying xiaomi phones locally. There's a group called Xiaomi Fans Sri Lanka in Facebook and the admin of that group imports phones occasionally. Well, he can be trusted since he's a Xiaomi enthusiast. He also offers a warranty.
And then there are several other sellers who are emerging as xiaomi sellers (I don't trust Boswin although they claim themselves to be the Authorized Dealer in Sri Lanka..they started their business in a much fake manner by copying the Xiaomi Official website scripts and using mi.lk for their business purposes)
I have imported three xiaomi phones from Geekbuying online store (2 units of Mi 5 and one Mi A1)
Well, then there's AliExpress where you can find very good sellers (you have to see their ratings and feedback before you buy).
It's all about luck when you import phones from online stores. I've got all my phones to the doorstep without any custom and tax issues. But there's always a possibility of your phone being detained by Customs Authority. In such cases, you have to go through a fairly tiresome process to clear the phone. In my opinion, I don't mind paying a tax for importing the phone. But it's that long process that bothers anyone unfortunately

LOL! That's the whole phone isn't it? AliExpress sellers offer warranty I guess, you have to ask them before buying.
My opinion is that there's a very low possibility of any phone being faulty before the 12 month warranty period
My Mi 5 is 11 months old now and running without any issues
