ලීටරයට 120km කරනවා මචන්.Chargin unit service station වලට ඉදිරියේදී set කරනවා.එහෙම කරට පස්සේ 17 min වලින් charge කරන්න පුළුවන්.Home use charge unit එකක් ගන්නවනම් Rs98000 වෙනවා,එකෙන් charge වෙන්න පැය 3 යනවා.Car එක හොදඊ,Pickup එකත් හොදට තියෙනවා.දන්නා ය තව විස්තර දාන්න.

අනේ තොපේ මොළ වල නම් පොලවේ ගහන්න ඕන. මම ඔයින් එකක් ගත්තොත් භූමිතෙල් ජෙනියකුත් ගන්නවා (පොඩි පොර්ටබ්ලේ එකක්) මගදී ඕන උනොත් එක ස්ටාට් කල චාජ් කළා. හරිම සිම්පල් ප්ලෑන් එකක්.

Nissan Leaf is an ideal car for City driving. if you plan to buy go for the 2014 model which will cost around 3Million. This can do 200KM at least it will do in traffic around 170Km.

Very soon you will get charging points like fuel stations.

Before Year 2000 When you buy a car you think of 2nd hand value but today no car has a 2nd hand value which is significant. If you take the hybrid Toyota Prius that was sold for 3.8 - 4Million then about 4 yrs back is now available at the same price so is Honda Insight. So their is no 2nd hand value appreciation. Gatha ganata wada mila kanang wadi weneka ne.

Same goes for Leaf you will not be able to sell at the same price but its a good Car. But the boot space is not that big.

The main concern is that the vehicle takes a long time to charge.

It's not like charging a phone.

My friend has one, 2013 Leaf and she says it runs between 90-120 Max per charge, even if its claimed to do 180KM.

She says she has to charge it for 8-10 Hours to get it fully charged, and she runs about 30Km a day, every 3-4 days she has to charge it which she says is a hassle, the main thing for her is that she cannot go long distances and has a constant eye on the energy meter, it's not like you can charge a car in the middle of the road.
