2. What's this "Team" brand? what's the country of origin? Is that an OEM for other major vendors?

Its an ISIS brand. They make cheap parts using parts stolen from other manufacturers and sell em off cheap to fund their war in Syria.

Team is a Taiwanese brand. AFAIK they OEM for a lot of system builders (just like Transcend). They are quite big in Europe.
