i know these kind of people. they just consults how things should be done.
QA is somewhat based on experience and apply that exp.

after 4/5 year you can get around 60-90 depends on company.

Yeah.
The QAs here hardly write any test suits. Just being some test monkeys. They don't lay out anything for TDD/BDD benefits. Shamefully, we don't have good QAs in here either, and developers doing most of the test code themselves. (I'm a PM so I know how fucked up the QA careers are).

There are companies paying QA above 100k but those companies will pay more salary for Devs

Lol oi,QA Managers la innawa ban mita wada adu exp walin mita wada wadi ganan ganna even in Virtusa

Just check the salaries in CakeLabs, Pearson, Wso2 etc...

It seems you know nothing about IT or business.

Main target of any business is to reduce cost and make profits. In future, there will be lesser full-time jobs in IT industry. Most of the time, there will be contracts or the companies will outsource freelancers.
