Whats the purpose of TT Payment bro?

If you have a Corporate account you need to submit the below documents through Vishwa for import purposes.
1) Duly Filled TT Application
2) Duly Filled Form 1 (Sale of foreign Exchange by an authorized Dealer)
3) Proforma Invoice from Supplier.

With the current situation i'm not sure whether the bank will process the TT to be honest.
