never over run with books.. sleepless nights can only take you to the sick bed..specially catarrh.. i didnt manage this during my uni life.. now im suffering.. have a 6hr sleep, the best ive ever found is between 11pm- 5am... anyway, it depends on individuals too.. different people have different routines.. try mine.. perhaps it would work for u...wish u all the best with studies..
