No. It's from South Korea and infact came fitted to Sorentos from the factory. Some came with Kumho tyres .

It should. I have Maxxis as well and it's not the most comfortable tyre but not that bad either. You could feel the tyre is hard when going through potholes. Has pretty good grip for wet roads and inclines. For heavy AWD versions it's better to have a bit harder tyre since soft tyres wear out faster in our roads. Nexen/Kumho would be ideal.
