    4 month walin karanna puluwan, normal agak thiye nam.. fat godak nam, fat burning anuwa thamay ithin..

    but diet methods thiyenawa fat burning fast karanna, keto karanna puluwanna , intimate fasting karanna puluwan.. Exercise eka fat burning widihata hada ganna puluwan.. But kapawela karanna puluwan nam goda daganna eka gekam na..
