What you are talking about is not SEO. Learn the difference between SEO and SEM first.
Domain and Hosting are just addons to get your code up. Just do your part and it will make you enough money to get started.
Go for some serious job as a web designer/developer and talk with the interview board about Backlinks, Bookmarks, Likes Followers and you will see instant result - not hired.
From what I see, there are 2 sides of this web thing. Code or Content.
If you develop right tools that actually do something unique to the crowd, you can earn $$$. If you can post something unique on the web site, again, you can earn $$$.
You really believe that buying a domain for $10, a VPS for $20, a nice looking logo for $50, 10000 likes and followers for $100, bla blah make your site appear at the top ? huh ?
Showing "Hello world", "Welcome to Drupal", "welcome to Joomla" or something that you have copied from elsewhere can make you money ? at least to cover your hosting charges ?
I'm not going to talk about myself. But the only thing I want to say is, you are doing it wrong. Just start small and you can grow at the same time you learn.
If you know everything about these marketing and developing thing and you believe that you can go ahead without content, just invest all your bucks and kick start! Let me know when your domain is going to be deleted.
